How long will it take to ship my order?Fast shipping is a big part of what we do, no matter where you live. All orders are processed same day and are shipped out within two business days. Typically, orders will arrive to the buyer within 5 to 10 business days. The time frame for order processing and delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. We are a print to order company, which means orders are custom-made for each customer. This ensures a high quality product meant to exceed customer expectations every time! This process usually takes one to two business days. Shipping time: Shipping takes into account the amount of time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the purchaser. Shipping usually take about 3-7 business days depending on customer location. Please note that we are not liable for shipping delays, and we do not guarantee any estimated arrival date. For items lost in transit, please contact the courier directly. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us! Someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible - usually the same day.

How much does shipping cost?DadTees.ca offers $4.95 flat rate shipping for any item shipped within Canada. Shipping to the USA is $6.95 flat rate. Worldwide shipping is $14.95 flat rate.

Do you issue refunds or exchanges?Yes! We will issue exchanges within 10 days of you receiving the product given one of the following situations are true. 1. The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or design. 2. The product has arrived in a damaged condition, or quality is very poor. If one of the above situations are true, please contact us and we'll do our best to solve your problem. Please note that returned products are to be shipped at customer's expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect.

Can I cancel or modify my order?Because all of our orders are produced on-demand, orders are not eligible to be changed, cancelled, or modified after the purchase is processed. Please contact our customer service team if you have any concerns about this policy.
